As a business we aim to be carbon neutral and actively participate in the Carbon Zero initiative (CarbonZeroCertified.co.uk). In order to reduce our drain on environmental resources we try to avoid printed brochures as we publish all relevant information about properties on our website. We actively encourage our clients to ring and ask as many questions as they like - the more awkward the better! - thus saving both time and fuel on wasted journeys. In keeping with our business ethics we promise to answer all questions fully and to give complete disclosure about topics such as neighbours, the age of wiring, fitments, etc.

THE DEPOSIT PROTECTION SERVICE
For the few Property Lettings that we deal with, all deposits are held with this third party in case of disputes.
